More About Me

You may have seen Meagan rolling around Loveland in her 1962 pink Cadillac, at the Mahaffey Skate Park or even at Roller Derby skating as “Poison Divey.”

She loves local music shows, travelling overseas with her daughter and melting into the sofa with her dog June Carter.
She is passionate about her hometown of Loveland and she is passionate about her real estate clients.

Meagan Griesel, a Colorado native, started her real estate career in 2004 as the Director of Marketing for Legendary Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. She became licensed to sell real estate in 2014. In her first year of selling, she was a finalist for the Fort Collins Board of Realtor’s ‘Rookie of the Year’ and given the ‘Leading Edge’ award for being in the top 7% in the Nation for production from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
She utilizes her years of experience in both leadership and marketing to bring an innovative approach to buying and selling homes. This includes cutting edge technology, detailed reports and custom-tailored services for each and every client.

Meagan moved to downtown Loveland when she was 10 years old, currently lives there, and is passionate about her city. She is very involved with her community and giving back – Meagan is a founding member of the Loveland Rotary Satellite Club and serves on the Board as their Treasurer. She is also a founding member of the new Women’s Council of REALTORS and is a member of both the Fort Collins & Loveland Board of Realtors.
